1 lb ground sausage
1 onion, finely chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1 packet Sazon Complete seasoning (optional)
1 carton (32 oz) broth (chicken or vegetable)
1 jar (24 oz) pasta sauce
3/4 block (6 oz) cream cheese
2 cups fresh spinach leaves, washed and chopped (optional)
