Ingredients:

  • 1 packet (1 ounce) taco seasoning mix (or homemade seasoning, see below)
  • 1 cup cooked rice (optional, for added filling)
  • 1 can (15 ounces) refried beans (or homemade beans)
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, Monterey Jack, or a blend)
  • 6 large flour tortillas

For the Sauce:

  • 1 cup tomato sauce
