Instructions:

1. Steam the Cauliflower:
Place the cauliflower florets in a steamer or a microwave-safe dish. Steam them until they are tender but not mushy. This usually takes about 5-7 minutes. Once steamed, allow them to cool for a few minutes.
2. Mash the Cauliflower:
