1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Grease an 8-inch square baking dish.

3. In another bowl, whisk together milk, vegetable oil, and egg. Add to dry ingredients and stir until just combined.

° 4 ears of corn, husked
° Butter
° Salt
Instructions:
1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add the corn and cook for 5-7 minutes until tender.
