° 1/2 cup ketchup
° 2 tbsp brown sugar
° 1 tbsp mustard
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, ground pork, breadcrumbs, milk, eggs, onion, garlic, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, thyme, and oregano. Mix until well combined.
3. Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in a baking dish.
4. In a small bowl, mix together the ketchup, brown sugar, and mustard for the glaze. Spread evenly over the top of the meatloaf.
5. Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour, or until the meatloaf is cooked through and the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
6. Let the meatloaf rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
Mashed Potatoes with Gravy
° 4 large russet potatoes, peeled and cubed
° 1/2 cup milk
° 1/4 cup butter
° Salt and pepper to taste
Gravy Ingredients:
° 2 tbsp butter
° 2 tbsp flour
° 2 cups beef broth
° Salt and pepper to taste
