The Magic of Bay Leaves: A Quick Fix for Gray Hair

Ingredients and Tools:
A handful of dried bay leaves
2 cups of water
A pot for boiling
A strainer
A container for collection
Preparation:
Place the bay leaves in the pot and add the water.
Bring the mixture to a boil, then lower the heat and let it simmer for about 20 minutes. The goal is to extract as much of the colorant from the leaves as possible.
