Ingredients:
For the Meatballs:
1 lb (450g) ground beef (or a mix of beef and pork)
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 large egg
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
For the Glaze:
1/2 cup ketchup
1/4 cup honey
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon sriracha or chili sauce (adjust to taste)
1/4 cup finely chopped red bell pepper
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional, for extra heat)
Fresh parsley or cilantro, chopped (for garnish).
