Ingredients:
3 cups all-purpose flour
1 packet (2 1/4 teaspoons) active dry yeast
1 cup warm water
1 tablespoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 cup mixed finely chopped vegetables (such as bell peppers, carrots, and green onions)
1/2 cup grated cheese (optional)
1 egg (for brushing, optional)
Extra flour for dusting
Oil or butter for cooking.
