Spicy Garlic Butter Dipping Sauce for Seafood

1 tablespoon oregano
1/2 tablespoon paprika
1/2 tablespoon chili powder
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1 chicken bouillon cube
1 1/2 tablespoons brown sugar
Instructions:
