Smoked Sausage & Potatoes in Stock

1/4 cup butter, melted

1 onion, diced

2 cloves garlic, minced

Salt and pepper to taste

1/2 cup green onions, chopped for garnish

Directions:

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the sausage slices until browned. Remove from skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, add the diced onions and minced garlic. Cook until onions are translucent.

In a large bowl, combine the cubed potatoes, cooked sausage, onion-garlic mixture, shredded cheese, ranch dressing mix, milk, and melted butter. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and spread evenly.
