Simple and quick chocolate chips

From the table:

  1. Place the eggs, sugar, oil, cocoa powder and hot water in a blender. Blend well until the mixture is uniform.
  2. Pour the mixture from the blender into a bowl and add the sifted flour, baking powder and cornstarch. Mix thoroughly.
  3. Pour the mixture into a greased and floured mould (20cm x 30cm) and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 35 to 40 minutes.

To make the syrup:

  1. In a saucepan, combine all ingredients except granulated chocolate.
  2. Place over medium heat and stir constantly until it begins to boil.
  3. When it starts to boil, reduce the heat and continue mixing for 2 more minutes.
  4. Turn off the heat and set aside.

To make the topping:

  1. In a saucepan, combine all the topping ingredients.
  2. Place over medium heat and stir constantly until it begins to boil.
  3. After boiling, wait one minute and continue mixing without stopping.
  4. Turn off the heat and set aside.
