Recipe Ingredients:
1 can of sweetened condensed milk
1 package of shredded dried coconut (100g) or 1 small fresh coconut, grated
2 cans of sugar (using the empty condensed milk can as a measure).
Instructions:
First cook the ingredients: Go ahead, put all the ingredients in a saucepan and bring to the boil over medium heat.
Then cook, stirring continuously, until the mixture comes off the bottom of the pan (about 15 minutes).
Pour and level:
Next, pour the mixture into a baking pan previously greased with plenty of butter and use a spatula to level the surface.
Cool and cut:
Finally, allow the cocada to cool completely and then cut into squares.
