– 1/4 cup lard/shortening
– 1/4 cup sugar
– 2 eggs
– 2 cups ricotta cheese
– 1 tsp vanilla extract
– Confectioners’ sugar (dust)
_Instructions:_
1. Make dough; rest 30 min
2. Roll out dough; 1/4-inch thick
3. Cut into rectangles
4. Layer dough; form shell shape
5. Fry until golden
6. Fill with ricotta mixture
7. Dust with confectioners’ sugar
