1. Preheat Your Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). This ensures it’s ready to bake our pockets to golden perfection.

2. Cook the Bacon: In a skillet over medium heat, cook the 8 slices of bacon until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels. Once cool, crumble the bacon into small pieces.

3. Prepare the Beef Mixture: In the same skillet, add 1 lb of ground beef, 1 small finely chopped onion, and 2 minced garlic cloves. Cook until the beef is browned and the onions are translucent.

4. Season and Combine: Drain any excess fat from the skillet. Add 1/4 cup ketchup, 2 tbsp mustard, 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper to the beef mixture. Stir well to combine all the flavors.

5. Prepare the Dough: Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles on a clean surface.
