ROSEMARY ROASTED MUSHROOMS WITH SPINACH

Preheat oven to 425 degrees, and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Toss the mushrooms with garlic, oil, vinegar and salt and pepper. Spread out on baking sheet and place butter throughout mushrooms.
Bake for 20-25 minutes and sprinkle with parsley before serving.
Serve warm.
