Method
Pre-heat your oven at 180 degrees.
Cream(Mix) sugar, eggs and oil, add essence and milk and continue to mix.
From another bowl mix the flour and baking powder together and add to the wet ingredients one cup at the time, mix till smooth.
Pour the mixture into greased muffin pan and bake till golden brown( you can also use paper cups).
