Recipe for Beef and Gravy with Mashed Potatoes

Add salt and pepper according to your preference.

For the meat and sauce: 1 pound of ground beef

1 onion of medium size, chopped

2 pieces of garlic, chopped

2 tablespoons of regular flour

2 cups of meat broth

1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce

Add salt and pepper according to your preference.

You can add 1 cup of frozen peas and carrots if you like.

Instructions:
Make the mashed potatoes.

Put the peeled and cut potatoes in a big pot and add water to cover them. Sprinkle a little salt and heat until boiling.

Lower the temperature and allow the potatoes to cook gently until they are soft, which should take around 20 minutes.
