Quick Walnut Rolls Recipe

In a separate bowl, beat 1 egg white until foamy.
Add 40 grams of sugar and 1 tsp of vanilla sugar to the beaten egg white. Mix until well combined.
Finely chop 100 grams of walnuts and add them to the egg white mixture. Mix until the filling is evenly distributed.

Assembling:
Divide the dough into small portions and roll each portion into a thin rectangle on a floured surface.
Spread the walnut filling evenly over the rolled-out dough.
Roll up each portion of dough into a log, sealing the edges.
Slice the rolls into 1-inch pieces.
Place the rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Baking:
Bake in the preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) for 15-20 minutes or until they are golden brown.
Allow the walnut rolls to cool.
