Quick Walnut Rolls Recipe

1 egg white
40 grams of sugar
1 tsp of vanilla sugar
100 grams of walnuts
Additionally:

100-150 grams of powdered sugar
Baking:

Preheat your oven to 180°C (356°F).
Bake for 15-20 minutes.
Instructions:
For the Dough:

In a bowl, combine 280 grams of flour, 0.5 tsp of baking powder, a pinch of salt, and 1/4 tsp of vanillin.
Add 80 grams of butter to the dry ingredients and mix until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
Stir in 200 grams of sour cream and 1 egg yolk. Mix until the dough comes together. It should be soft and pliable.
