Pour olive oil into milk. I no longer buy it from the store. Easy and quick.

50 ml milk
100 ml extra virgin olive oil
3 tablespoons lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon salt
Black pepper (to taste)
1 clove of garlic (minced)
Green onion (chopped)
Parsley (I used homemade frozen)
Instructions

Blend Milk and Olive Oil: Pour the milk and olive oil into a bowl. Using a pastry blender, beat the mixture for 1 minute without lifting the blender from the bottom.

Add Flavorings: Add lemon juice, salt, black pepper, minced garlic, chopped green onion, and parsley to the mixture.

Mix Well: Blend the ingredients thoroughly until the sauce is well-mixed and smooth.
