Protect plants
Wrapping or covering the trunks and stems of plants and trees with aluminum foil offers several benefits. This also includes the task of keeping snails and slugs away from plants. To do this, the surface must be covered with paper and a few stones placed on top so that the wind does not carry it away.
For fruit trees, the trunk can be covered to protect it from rodents that eat the crop and young shoots.
Cut two sheets of aluminum foil so you can wrap and then cover the trunk. All that remains is to secure it with ropes.
Likewise, aluminum foil can be used to protect trees from herbivorous mammals such as goats and others. Paper should be placed around the trunk at a sufficient height to deter these animals from approaching.
Growing seedlings
One of the most interesting uses of aluminum foil in the garden is to reflect sunlight and encourage plant seedlings to grow efficiently.
The reflected rays provide heat, ensuring a comfortable temperature for the seeds.
Find a cardboard box or box and wrap the inside with foil so that the paper extends 2 inches past the edge.
Secure with tape to prevent the sheet from moving. Make holes in the bottom of the box to drain excess water.
