Peach Cinnamon Rolls with Glaze
Ingredients:
For the Dough:
3 1/4 cups (405g) all-purpose flour
1 packet (2 1/4 teaspoons) active dry yeast
1/4 cup (50g) granulated sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup (120ml) milk
1/4 cup (60ml) water
1/4 cup (60g) unsalted butter
1 large egg
For the Filling:
1/4 cup (60g) unsalted butter, softened
1/2 cup (100g) brown sugar
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1 1/2 cups (about 2-3) fresh peaches, peeled and diced
For the Glaze:
1 cup (120g) powdered sugar
2-3 tablespoons milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract.
