Oven-Roasted Chickpeas Recipe
Ingredients:
2 cans (15 ounces each) chickpeas (garbanzo beans), drained and rinsed
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Optional: a pinch of cayenne pepper for a spicy kick.
