Mom’s Famous Cream Puffs

1 pint cream
1 package (3.4 ounces) instant Vanilla pudding
⅓ cup milk

Makes approx. 16, Instructions:

Bring butter, water and vanilla to the boil.
Add the flour and stir constantly until it comes away from the sides of the pan and forms a ball.
Remove and let cool.
Beat 4 eggs one after the other until smooth.T. place on baking sheets lined with baking paper.
Bake at 400 degrees for about 25-30 minutes.

ALLOW TO COOL DOWN.

Cut in half and pour or pour over the mama filling.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar.Filling:
