1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon thyme
3 drops lemon essential oil
Water
1 glass jar with lid
Instructions:
Sterilize the glass jar and lid by boiling them in water for 15 minutes.
Infuse thyme in boiling water, strain after a few minutes.
Crush gray sea salt to a coarse powder.
Mix clay and salt with a wooden spoon, then add olive oil and lemon juice. Gradually add thyme infusion to form a thick, smooth paste.
Stir in lemon essential oil and store in the sterilized jar.
Use as regular toothpaste, but due to the salt content, alternate with a milder toothpaste.
