Step1
Add red chilli powder, salt, ginger garlic paste/powder, soya sauce, hot sauce, vinegar and lemon juice in a bowl and mix it with a fork then add chicken and mix well until everything is combined

Mirante for 2-3 hours in refrigerator

Add all purpose flour and red chilli powder in a bowl then in second bowl add water

Then coat the chicken with flour then dip in water and again coat in flour then let any excess off

Add oil in pan when the oil is hot enough drop a small portion of wet mixture to hot oil if it rises without browning then the temperature is right
Step6
Fry both sides of chicken on medium-low flame till golden & crisp or for 20 -25 minutes
Step7
Remove the chicken from the oil and add to a drying rack
Step8
Serve fried chicken hot with ketchup or any dip u like!!
