Instructions:
Prepare the Crust:
Preheat oven to 475°F.
Spray a 18×13 inch sheet pan with cooking spray and lay parchment paper down.
In a large bowl, whisk together flour, powdered milk, sugar, yeast, and salt.
Add warm water and oil to flour mixture. Stir until batter forms.
Spread dough evenly on prepared sheet pan. Let rest for 5 minutes if needed.
Bake crust for 8-10 minutes. Remove from oven and set aside.
Prepare the Filling:
Brown meats (add salt and pepper) until crumbled. Drain and set aside.
Assemble the Pizza:
Spread sauce over partially baked crust.
Sprinkle with meats and cheese.
Bake at 475°F for 8-10 minutes, or until cheese is browned.
Let stand for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
