Homemade insecticide to kill ants, cockroaches, spiders and mosquitoes

Mix equal parts isopropyl alcohol and water in a container. For example, you can use 1 cup of alcohol and 1 cup of water.
If you want to add an additional repellent element, add 10-15 drops of peppermint, eucalyptus or lemongrass essential oil to the mixture. These oils are known to have natural repellent properties.
Pour the mixture into a mister or spray bottle.
Shake the solution well to ensure even distribution of the ingredients.
Spray the mixture directly on the areas where you have observed ant or cockroach activity. Pay special attention to areas where they can enter your home.
It is important to remember that although this mixture can help eliminate the insects that live in your home, it will not be as effective as commercial insecticides. Also, be sure to test the solution on a small area first to make sure it doesn’t cause damage to sensitive surfaces.
