Homemade Ginger Beer: Ghar Par Banane Ki 3 Easy Recipe aur Fayde

Grate the Ginger: Pehle adrak ko achhe se dhoke peel kar lijiye. Uske baad ise grate kar lijiye.

Boil Water and Ginger: Ek pan mein 2 cups pani garam karke, grated ginger add kariye. Is mixture ko 5-10 minute tak boil kariye taaki adrak ka poora flavor pani mein aa jaye.

Add Sugar and Salt: Ab ismein chini aur namak add kariye. Jab tak chini aur namak poori tarah se dissolve na ho jaye, tab tak stir karte rahiye.

Cool the Mixture: Is mixture ko thoda thanda hone dijiye. Jab yeh room temperature par aa jaye to ise strain kar lijiye taaki sirf liquid bache.

Step 2: Fermentation (Khameer Lagana)

Activate the Yeast: Ek choti bowl mein 1/4 cup lukewarm water mein active dry yeast ko dissolve kariye. 5-10 minute ke liye chhod dijiye taaki yeast activate ho jaye aur thoda bubbly ho jaye.

Mix Everything Together: Ek bade container mein ginger syrup, activated yeast, lemon juice, shahad, aur remaining 2 cups pani ko achhe se mix kariye.

Fermentation Process: Is mixture ko cover karke room temperature par 24-48 ghante ke liye chhod dijiye. Is dauran yeast kaam karke drink ko naturally carbonate karega.

Step 3: Bottling and Enjoying (Bottle Mein Bharna Aur Maza Lena)
