Homemade chemical-free vegetable broth: This is the best way to prepare it!

2 Parsnips (field celery)
2 parsley roots
1 onion
2 cloves of Garlic
1/2 Turnip greens
1/2 Celery and its leaves
1 Turmeric
A handful of parsley
Sunflower oil c/n
80 grs. of salt
Procedure
The procedure is very simple. You just have to follow these steps:

Clean the vegetables, remove the skin and cut them into small pieces.
Heat a little sunflower oil in a large frying pan and cook the vegetables for about 8 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Put the cooked vegetables in a food processor and blend them until they form a creamy paste.
Put the pasta in a large bowl and add salt on top, stirring until everything is evenly mixed with a spatula or spoon.
Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and store it in the refrigerator overnight: this will keep it better and improve its flavor profile.
When you are ready to use it, your homemade vegetable broth without added chemicals will be ready!
Mix a tablespoon of the paste with a liter of hot water, and adjust the amount depending on the flavor and strength you want.
