Hawaiian Chicken Sheet Pan

– 2 tablespoons olive oil

– 2 cloves garlic, minced

– 1 teaspoon ground ginger

– Salt and pepper to taste

– Cooked rice, for serving

Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) 🔥 and grease a large baking sheet.

2. In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, honey, olive oil, minced garlic, ground ginger, salt, and pepper.

3. Place the chicken breasts in the center of the prepared baking sheet, and arrange the pineapple chunks, diced bell peppers, and diced red onion around the chicken.

4. Pour the soy sauce mixture over the chicken and vegetables, making sure everything is evenly coated.

5. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the vegetables are tender, flipping the chicken halfway through cooking.
