Have you ever mixed lemon and ginger? If you take them like this, they are “worth their weight in gold”: you won’t stop!

Preparation of ingredients: Peel and grate the fresh ginger, squeeze the lemon juice and cut a slice.
Bring a glass of water to a boil in a saucepan.
Once the water is boiling, turn off the heat and add the ingredients : a little lemon juice, grated ginger, a teaspoon of honey and a slice of lemon (with the zest). Mix everything.
Let the drink sit for 5 to 10 minutes , just until it cools, then drink it.
If you want to enrich your herbal tea even further, you can add a teaspoon of chia seeds. These little seeds are rich in fiber, protein and omega-3 fatty acids.
You can enjoy ginger, lemon and honey herbal tea at any time of the day. However, it is particularly beneficial when drunk in the morning on an empty stomach or as a relaxing drink before bed.
It is recommended to start with one cup per day. If you wish, you can gradually increase the amount to two to three cups per day. Be sure to vary the amount of honey based on your personal taste.

The daily dose of chia seeds is 10 grams, so do not exceed the quantity.
