Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
2. Prepare the Crescent Rolls:
Open the can of crescent rolls and separate the dough into 8 triangles.
3. Assemble the Ham and Cheese Sticks:
Lay each triangle of dough flat on a clean surface.
If using mustard or mayonnaise, spread a thin layer on each triangle.
Cut the slices of ham and cheese in half, so you have 8 smaller pieces of each.
Place a half slice of ham and a half slice of cheese on the wide end of each crescent dough triangle.
4. Roll Them Up:
Starting at the wide end, roll each triangle up towards the narrow end, encasing the ham and cheese inside.
Place the rolled-up crescent rolls on the prepared baking sheet.
5. Bake:
Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the crescent rolls are golden brown and fully cooked.
