Ingredients

6 baking potatoes, cubed
1 white onion, diced
3 tbsp butter, sliced
1 tbsp olive oil
6 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp parsley
Salt and pepper to taste
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 cup parmesan cheese, shredded.

Instructions

Prepare the Potatoes:
