GREEN BEANS & POTATOES WITH TOMATOES

METHOD

Cook the green beans and potatoes in plenty of boiling salted water.

In a saucepan, brown the garlic with olive oil.

Add the chopped tomatoes and after a few minutes two ladles of hot water (you can use the water in which you cooked green beans and potatoes).

Now add the potatoes and green beans, oregano, and add salt to taste.

Let it season for 10 to 15 minutes over low heat, stirring occasionally.
