Ingredients:

For the Crust:

1 1/2 cups almond flour
1/4 cup coconut flour
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup melted butter or coconut oil
1 large egg
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking powder

For the Filling:
1 lb fresh spinach (or 1 package frozen spinach, thawed and drained)
1/2 cup chopped green onions
1/2 cup chopped fresh dill (or 1 tablespoon dried dill)
1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley
1 cup crumbled feta cheese
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
3 large eggs
2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp salt (to taste)
1/4 tsp black pepper (to taste).
