1. First, you should separate the eggs for the egg yolks. Then mix the egg yolks and pour them through a sieve before filling them into small, greased glasses.
Then cover the egg yolk and cook it in a water bath for 40 minutes until it has set.

Important: The water should not boil, the optimal water temperature for this type of egg preparation is 80 °C.
2. Then remove the still warm egg yolks from the glasses and carefully place them in slightly larger, greased glasses. Then pour the egg whites through a sieve and then into the glasses filled with egg yolks.

3. Now cover the jars and cook them in a water bath for 60-90 minutes and then let them cool down a little.
4. Then mix the ingredients for the minced meat together. Spread the minced meat evenly on a large piece of baking paper and cover it first with the cheese and then with the ham slices.
5. Now carefully remove the warm eggs from the jars and place them in the middle of the minced meat. Now roll up the minced meat using the baking paper and press it firmly into the edges.

6.Heat oil in a pan and fry the meatloaf on all sides.
7.Next, add root vegetables, tomato paste and a little salt and fry everything briefly; then add broth and let the whole thing simmer briefly.
8. Mix together the breadcrumbs, parsley and melted butter and spread everything over the meatloaf. Then bake the stuffed fake rabbit and the root vegetables for 30 minutes at 180 °C. Done!
