Grandma’s Italian Yogurt Cake

– 4 jars of all-purpose flour (270g)
– 11g baking powder
– 3-4 tablespoons raisins
– 1 Apple
– Lemon juice and zest
– Grain sugar
– Cake pan (22-24cm)

👩‍🍳 Instructions:
1. In a bowl, whisk eggs. Add yogurt, sugar, milk, oil, flour, and baking powder. Mix well.
2. Fold in raisins, diced apple, lemon juice, and zest.
3. Pour the batter into a greased cake pan.
4. Sprinkle grain sugar on top for a sweet crunch.
5. Bake at 180°C for 35-40 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
6. Let it cool, then spread jam or marmalade on top.
