Ginger Drink for Weight Loss and Immune Strengthening – Preparation Procedure

Cut a 5-centimeter piece of ginger root and peel off the skin. Chop the cleaned pulp into small pieces, put them into a blender, pour cold water over them, and blend well.

Strain the blended ginger through a sieve to get rid of the coarse pieces. Squeeze out the juice from these pieces as much as possible.

Step 2:

Place the lemons in a heatproof bowl, sprinkle them with baking soda, and pour boiling water over them. Once the water cools down slightly, thoroughly wash and scrub the lemon peel, then rinse them under running water.

This process removes most of the pesticide residues and other chemicals used during their cultivation that could easily contaminate the healing drink with toxic substances when squeezing the lemons. If you are using organic quality fruits, you can skip this step.

Step 3:

Cut the cleaned lemons in half and squeeze out the juice, which you then add to the ginger juice. Mix the blend well and drink it every morning to support the function of your immune system and to kickstart your metabolism.
