Garlic Parmesan Sheet Pan Chicken and Veggies

Add the parboiled potatoes to a bowl and season with some olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. I don’t use exact measurements with recipes like this. You can use any of your favorite seasonings.

Toss the potatoes until well coated in seasoning. Pour the potatoes out onto one section of the sheet pan.

Next, add the asparagus to the bowl you just used for the potatoes. Season with a little bit more of the same seasonings.

Add the asparagus to another section of the sheet pan. Add the chopped Kielbasa to the sheet pan.

Finally, season the chicken tenders with some salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Brush on some Parmesan Garlic sauce. I like using the Buffalo Wild Wings brand, but there are other brands you can use as well.

Place the saucy chicken tenders on the sheet pan and place the pan in the oven. This will cook for about 20-25 minutes or until the chicken is fully cooked.

Sometimes the chicken releases some liquid while cooking. I like to pour off some of the extra liquid and place the pan back in the oven under broil for just a couple of minutes. Keep an eye on it, so it doesn’t burn!

Serve Sheet Pan Meal

Once the chicken is fully cooked, it’s time to eat! Top the chicken, potatoes, and asparagus with some Parmesan cheese.

This Garlic Parmesan Sheet Pan Chicken and Veggies are great as is and don’t really need any extra sides. However, you could serve it with some macaroni and cheese or with some rice.

Serve with any of your favorite sauces! My family used some ranch for the chicken and ketchup for the potatoes.
