Peel the garlic and chop the cloves into small pieces.
Wash the lemons thoroughly and cut them into small pieces, keeping the skin on.
Combine with Boiling Water:
Boil the water and add the chopped garlic.
Allow the mixture to cool, then add the cut lemons.
Divide the mixture into three equal portions and store in tightly sealed jars in the refrigerator for two days.
Filter and Store:
After two days, filter the contents of the jars and place the liquid back in the refrigerator.
Consumption:
Initial Phase: Drink 300 ml of the mixture on an empty stomach in the morning, 40 minutes before breakfast, and the same amount in the evening before bedtime. Continue daily for one week.
