  14. Remove the dish from the oven and sprinkle the seasoned salt and parsley over the fries.
  15. Return the dish to the oven under the broiler for a few minutes just to brown up the fries.
  16. Remove the dish from the oven and leave the casserole to rest for a few minutes.
