Start out by melting a stick and a half of butter (this can be done in the microwave). Toss the oyster crackers in the butter until they’re fully coated. Next, you’ll sprinkle in about 1/3-1/2 cup of the everything bagel seasoning and 1/3 cup grated parmesan over the top. Toss again to evenly coat the crackers. Spread the crackers out on a parchment lined baking sheet and bake for about 10 minutes or until they’re beginning to brown. Allow the crackers to cool before storing them in an airtight container if you aren’t going to serve them right away.
