Let’s add water, eggs, salt and flour in a controlled manner to a suitable kneading bowl and knead a soft dough. Let’s divide the dough into 4 equal pieces, cover it and let it sit for 10 minutes.
Let’s roll out the meringues as much as we can with the help of a rolling pin, lay them on top of each other and spread butter between them.
Let’s fold the dough into a square shape by folding the edges first into 2 and then into 4. Let’s cover it and keep it in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
Let’s roll out the dough with a rolling pin and cut it into strips with a roulette. Let’s make scratches on it and add the filling. Let’s shape it by folding it.
Let’s place the shaped pastries on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Let’s apply egg yolk on it with a brush.
Let’s bake it in a preheated oven at 180 degrees.
