500 grams (17.6 ounces) of cornstarch
395 grams (14 ounces) of sweetened condensed milk
6 heaping tablespoons of margarine.
Instructions:
First, let the margarine reach room temperature. Place it in a mixing bowl and add the sweetened condensed milk. Use a whisk to mix well until fully combined.
Gradually add the cornstarch, mixing until you get a smooth and homogeneous dough. The dough is ready when it no longer sticks to your hands.
Next, take portions of the dough and shape them into cookies. Optionally, flatten the cookies with a fork.
Place the cookies on a baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven at 320°F (160°C) for about 20 to 25 minutes.
Finally, remove the buttery cookies from the oven, let them cool slightly, and serve them for breakfast or an afternoon snack.
