EASY CREAMY SHRIMP AND SALMON ALFREDO

🥣 Instructions:

Cook the Pasta:
Boil a large pot of salted water and cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Prepare the Seafood:

Season the shrimp and salmon with salt, pepper, and a squeeze of lemon juice.
In a large skillet, melt 1 tbsp of butter over medium heat. Add the salmon fillets and cook for 4-5 minutes per side until cooked through. Remove and set aside.
In the same skillet, add another 1 tbsp of butter. Cook the shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side until pink and opaque. Remove and set aside.
Make the Alfredo Sauce:
In the same skillet, melt the remaining 1 tbsp of butter and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant, about 1 minute.
Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Stir in the Parmesan cheese, stirring until the sauce thickens and is smooth.
Add a pinch of red pepper flakes for a little kick, if desired. Adjust salt and pepper to taste.
Combine and Serve:
Flake the salmon into bite-sized pieces and return it to the skillet along with the shrimp.
Add the cooked pasta to the skillet, tossing everything together until well-coated with the creamy sauce.
Sprinkle with chopped parsley and a bit more Parmesan, if desired.
Serve:
Dish up the creamy shrimp and salmon Alfredo, and enjoy immediately with a squeeze of fresh lemon juice and extra parsley for garnish.
This seafood Alfredo is creamy, flavorful, and easy to whip up for any occasion
