1 box of milk cream
200g of dark chocolate, chopped
Preparation:
Cream:
In a blender, combine the milk cream, sweetened condensed milk, and passion fruit juice powder.
Blend the ingredients for approximately 5 minutes until you achieve a smooth and creamy consistency.
Take a glass dish and evenly spread the cream mixture into it.
Ganache:
In a bowl, place the chopped dark chocolate and melt it using a double boiler or microwave. If using a microwave, heat it in intervals of 30 seconds to prevent burning, stirring in between.
Add the milk cream to the melted chocolate and mix thoroughly until you obtain a glossy ganache.
