100 g flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder

Preparation:

Preheat the oven to 190°C in static mode.
In a bowl, mix the eggs and sugar with an electric whisk for 10 minutes until the mixture is white and puffy and tripled in volume.
Gently incorporate the flour using a spatula, mixing slowly from the outside of the container towards the inside and lifting it by rotating the bowl.
Pour the dough into a piping bag and place pieces of dough of about 7 cm on a baking sheet covered with baking paper.

Sprinkle the surface of each biscuit with a little icing sugar.
Then place the moulds in the oven and bake for 8 minutes until the ladyfingers are lightly browned on the edges.
Remove from the oven and let the ladyfingers cool before removing them from the moulds.
