Delicious salmon pasta with white sauce

Instructions:

1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside, reserving about 1/2 cup of pasta water.

2. Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper on both sides.

3. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.

4. Add the salmon fillets to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until cooked through. Remove the salmon from the skillet and set aside.

5. In the same skillet, pour in the heavy cream and chicken or vegetable broth. Bring to a simmer and let it cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until slightly thickened.

6. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese and lemon juice until the cheese is melted and the sauce is smooth.

7. Flake the cooked salmon into bite-sized pieces and add them to the sauce. Stir gently to combine.

8. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss until well coated in the sauce. If the sauce is too thick, add some of the reserved pasta water to reach your desired consistency.

9. Serve the salmon pasta with white sauce hot, garnished with chopped fresh parsley if desired.
