INSTRUCTIONS:
Beat sugar and butter until smooth. Beat in the eggs, one at a time, until the mixture becomes light and fluffy. Add vanilla, salt and flour. Whisk in buttermilk to mix well. Place the container on a piece of paper covered with aluminum foil (let it be slightly full).
Fill tart bases with buttermilk mixture, cover with crust. Pour the rest into a nonstick cup. Bake at 300 degrees for about 1 hour and 10 minutes.
